Value Chain Innovation Initiative Collection

The Value Chain Innovation Initiative brings together faculty, staff, students, and practitioners to advance the theory and practice of global value chain innovation through research and knowledge dissemination. We seek to understand the economic and social impacts of the global dynamics and digital communications that are reshaping business, industries, and ecosystems. We conduct rigorous research that is immediately applicable to real-world situations related to the choices and challenges faced by today’s global value chain leaders. Our research covers a broad range of topics, including technology innovations in value chains, global supply chain design in complex trade environments, responsible supply chains, and new business models in e-commerce. Insights from our research activities and the professional events we hold are disseminated through white papers, event summaries, journal articles and other publications.
