Abstract:

This is a follow up case to Cadence vs. Avant! (January 1998). The case picks up where the A case leaves off, describes the outcomes of the Criminal and Civil court cases, tells the story of the Deputy District Attorney who prosecuted the case, and offers a "where are they now" view of each party (Cadence, Avant!, and the DA).
